Four Women Health Services, LLC. v. Abundant Hope Pregnancy Resource Center Inc., Attleboro Women's Health Center, Catherine Roman, Nicole Carges, Darlene Howard, and Choose Life Marketing, LLC.

Thomas More Society attorneys have filed a Motion to Dismiss a lawsuit brought against Choose Life Marketing, a pro-life marketing agency that primarily serves pregnancy resource centers. The lawsuit alleges that the agency’s standard marketing efforts for a local pregnancy center, Abundant Hope, violated business law. The case was filed against Choose Life Marketing by a Massachusetts-based abortion facility, Four Women Health Services, LLC., which alleges that the organization “committed a variety of deceptive practices as part of its advocacy against abortion.”
In the Motion to Dismiss, Thomas More Society attorneys argue that Choose Life Marketing’s activities were not deceptive or harmful and are completely protected by the First Amendment.
Thomas More Society looks forward to defending the First Amendment rights of Choose Life Marketing against the spurious claims of misinformation and deceptive practices alleged by Four Women.
